Landscaping Services for Your Home

In business since 2018, we cover the full outdoor side of your home: lawn care, landscape design, mulch and beds, irrigation, sod installation and hardscape installation. We also take on the heavier jobs, including tree trimming and removal, palm tree pruning and removal, stump grinding, bamboo removal and property cleanup. Every job starts with the same check: whether it needs county approval, an HOA sign-off or an 811 locate before anyone breaks ground.

  • Property Cleanup

We clear overgrown yards, vine-choked fences and debris piles, sort the material for proper disposal and hand back a yard you can maintain.

How We Work on Your Property

Most landscaping problems we get called to fix trace back to a skipped step: no locate, no backflow device, a paver base that was never compacted. We build those steps into every job.

Approvals sorted before day one

We check whether your job needs a county permit, a tree removal application or HOA architectural approval. Then we file the application or prepare the drawings and plant lists your board asks for. You see each requirement in writing before you commit.

An 811 locate on every dig

Florida law requires a locate request before excavation. We place it for irrigation trenches, paver bases, post holes and stump grinding, then wait for the paint marks. That keeps a trencher blade or grinder wheel away from gas, water and fiber lines.

Irrigation set up the way the rules read

State law requires a rain sensor or similar shutoff on automatic sprinkler systems, and many utilities require a backflow preventer on the supply line. We install both where they apply and program each zone to your county's watering days.

Estimates you can check line by line

Sod is listed by the square foot, mulch by the cubic yard, and county fees and haul-off appear as their own lines. If a number changes, you know which line moved and why.

Pruning to standard, not by habit

On palms we remove dead and hanging fronds and leave the green crown, because over-stripping weakens the trunk and starves the tree. On hardwoods we cut at the branch collar and never top a tree.

What Moves the Price of a Landscaping Job

Two yards that look the same from the street can price very differently. The difference is usually in access, what is under the surface and the paperwork the job needs. Here is what we look at during the walkthrough.

We price after seeing the property, then give you a written estimate with each item and fee broken out. Financing is available for larger projects.

Square footage and scope
Sod, mulch, edging and paver area are all measured. A full front yard renovation uses more material and labor than replacing one bed.
Equipment access
A narrow side gate, a fenced backyard or a pool screen enclosure can mean hand-carrying sod rolls and pavers instead of using a skid steer. That adds labor hours.
What is under the surface
Old turf, buried construction debris, tree roots and compacted fill all have to come out before new work goes in. Sandy soil that drains too fast may need amendment before planting.
Material choices
St. Augustine, Zoysia and Bahia sod differ in cost and in how much water and sun they need. Concrete pavers, travertine and poured concrete also differ, as do pine bark, cypress and rubber mulch.
Permits, inspections and HOA review
Some jobs carry county fees, a backflow test or an inspection visit. HOA review can add time before work starts, and we list those costs separately.
Haul-off and disposal
Palm fronds, stump grindings, bamboo rhizomes and old sod add up by the truckload. Disposal volume is one of the most common reasons two quotes differ.

A Landscaping Company That Reads the Code First

We started this company to do landscaping the way it should be done around here: matched to sandy soil, heavy summer rain and the county and HOA rules that come with most homes in the area. A paver patio that floods, a sprinkler system without a backflow device or a palm stripped to a few fronds all cost the homeowner later. We would rather do the step right the first time.

That means explaining things plainly. If your job needs a permit, we tell you which one and why. If it does not, we say so and skip the fee. When a repair makes more sense than a replacement, you hear that too, along with the photos to back it up.

How a Job Runs, Start to Finish

It starts with a phone call and ends with a walkthrough, with no guessing in between.

  1. 1

    A short phone call

Tell us what you want done and what is bothering you about the yard now. We set a time for a free on-site walkthrough.

  2. 2

    Walkthrough and measurements

We measure beds and turf, check soil and drainage, test irrigation zones, identify tree and palm species and ask about HOA rules. Problems we find, like a broken spray head or a root lifting a walkway, get photographed so you can see them.

  3. 3

    Written estimate and paperwork

You get a line-item estimate and a list of anything the job needs: county approval, an HOA submission, an 811 locate. Once you approve it, we file and schedule around any approvals.

  4. 4

    Work day

We lay plywood over the driveway and turf where heavy equipment travels, mark sprinkler heads before trenching and keep debris contained. If something unexpected turns up, such as an old buried slab, we stop and talk with you before changing the scope.

  5. 5

    Final check and cleanup

We run every irrigation zone, blow off hardscape and walkways and haul away green waste. If an inspection is required, we schedule it and meet the inspector.

Where We Work

We serve homes in Lake Buena Vista and the surrounding area, including Hunters Creek, Celebration, Doctor Phillips, Williamsburg and Bay Hill. We also work in Kissimmee, Horizon West, Four Corners, Oak Ridge and around Lake Butler. Our crews and equipment travel to you, so the walkthrough and estimate happen at your home.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us

Something not covered here? (407) 584-3857

Do I need a permit for landscaping work?

Most mowing, planting, mulching and bed work needs no county sign-off. Approval is more likely for some tree removals, irrigation tie-ins that require a backflow preventer, retaining walls and hardscape that changes drainage or adds paved area. HOA approval is a separate step, and many communities require it even when the county does not. We tell you exactly which apply after the walkthrough.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The on-site walkthrough and the written estimate cost nothing, and there is no obligation to go ahead. You keep the estimate whether you hire us or not.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. You can borrow as much as $100,000, choose a term anywhere from two to twelve years, and pay the balance down early without any penalty. Homeowners usually use it for bigger work like hardscape installation, a full landscape design or a new irrigation system. Bring it up on your phone call and we will walk you through how it works.

Can I remove a tree on my property without a permit?

It depends on the tree and where you live. Florida law lets a homeowner remove a tree without local approval when a qualified arborist documents that it poses an unacceptable risk to people or property. Otherwise local tree rules and HOA rules apply. We check both before any tree comes down.

When is the best time to lay new sod?

Sod can go down most of the year here. Warm months root fastest but need frequent watering for the first few weeks, while cooler months root more slowly with less water. Local watering rules generally allow extra establishment watering for new sod, and we set your irrigation timer to match.

Why does my St. Augustine grass have brown patches?

The usual causes are chinch bugs in hot, dry, sunny spots, fungal brown patch in cool wet weather and sprinkler coverage gaps from a clogged or tilted head. Each needs a different fix, so guessing wastes money. We identify the cause during the walkthrough before recommending anything.

Will you work with my HOA?

Yes. We prepare the layout sketch, plant list and material specifications most architectural review boards ask for. Work starts once the approval letter is in hand, so you are not left fixing a violation later.
